Less than one month=SUMMER

I am less than one month away from summer.  (Yeaaaaa!!!)

I stand at a pivotal point in the semester.  With less than one month left of school, I still have over half of the points remaining in my classes.  That means I can't drop the ball.  I've been doing very well in all but one of my classes (flippin' kinetics.... grrrr.....).

I also stand at a pivotal point in my life.  Josh and I are about a month away from moving into our own apartment, complete with certain amenities I'm at a point in my life I feel I can't live without, i.e. washer and dryer.  The new apartment is also in prime tailgating territory and comes with a second bedroom and bathroom, which means that we would LOVE to have visitors.

I went to San Antonio for about a week for a pharmacy conference.  I got to hang with two of the coolest people I know, Aunt Linda and Uncle Steve.  They got the chance to show me all the photos of their recent trip to Dubai and all the San Antonio hot spots.  Plus it was nice to learn about pharmacizing with some other pharmacy students and get a lot of free stuff!

Josh's 24th birthday was on Friday.  I treated him to a classy birthday dinner at McDonald's, where I even bought him a strawberry shake.

The wedding planning is continuing to go well.  We took engagement photos a couple of weeks ago.  Below is a sampling of our session:

I get to see G Love this Thursday at The Blue Note!!!  I'm pretty pumped to get to see him for the second time.  There is also a Jason Mraz concert in KC in May I may try to go to.  I've wanted to see Mraz since like 2004.

Now, I'll head back to studying.  I just have to keep reminding myself there's less than a month left!!
