Praying to the BS gods.

All I can say about the biochem test is that I am glad it is over. There was a 25 point question over something that I only had a vague grasp on, glycogen biosynthesis. I hope who ever grades it takes pity on me, because I did my best to fill the entire space (which was a whole piece of paper, BTW) with ideas and drawings of things I hope were somewhat correct, but inside, I know they weren't even close. I think I even said something like, "And then glycogen is stored in the liver, where it acts as an energy resource for the human body." True statement, but I think the question really wanted to know what enzymes are responsible for the branching and debranching mechanism, but I didn't know that stuff, so I wrote that BS instead. At least I wasn't REALLY praying before the test. There was a guy behind me who was saying some actual prayers while the professor was passing out tests. Not that there's anything wrong with that...

Now I just have to rock it on the final. The 200 point cumulative final over concepts I flash memorized and only have a B average understanding of. Awesome.
I can't wait for that to happen next Monday. :S

Everything else I needed to get done, I have it done. I still have two more tests this week, but I'm not too worried about them. By this point,
I'm so used to really cranking it out during the weeks that I have 2 more tests, that it doesn't bother me anymore. (Stress wise, that is.)

Lucy is laying in the sun. I wonder what she thinks about when she's lying there. She looks rather reflective. In about a week and a half, I'll be able to join her...
I can't wait for Christmas break! I need to make some plans. Especially for New Year's.
